When you install and use the App, we collect the following types of data:
Shop Information
Your shop domain, shop name, timezone, and plan information. This is necessary to identify your store and provide the correct feature set.
Purchase Order Data
Purchase orders, line items, suppliers, barcodes, SKUs, quantities, and inventory counts that you create or manage through the App.
Product & Inventory Data
Product titles, variant information, SKUs, barcodes, and inventory levels synced from your Shopify store.
We use the collected data to provide, maintain, and improve the App's features (purchase order management, barcode scanning, label printing, stock control). To sync inventory adjustments back to your Shopify store as you request. To communicate with you about App updates, billing, or support requests.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: Shopify Inc., as required to operate the App through their platform. Service providers who help us operate the App, bound by contractual data protection obligations. Law enforcement or regulatory bodies if required by applicable law.
We retain your data for as long as your shop has the App installed. When you uninstall the App, your data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
